My maiolica ceramics are made with clays and glazes that have been perfected by Italian ceramic manufacturers to make tableware for everyday use at home, in cafes and restaurants. They are durable, food safe and dishwasher safe. However, pots made with this traditional technique are not suitable for use in microwaves, freezers or baking at high temperatures.
